Returns

• All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• Return authorization (RGA) is required before returning any item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
• Please include photos of the damage and packaging when submitting a claim.
• Eligible issues include:

  • Finish defects or scratches
  • Non-functioning items
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not covered.
• Approved claims may be resolved with replacement parts or full fixture replacement.

Warranty

• This product is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty period varies by product type:
  • Indoor fixtures: 1 year
  • Outdoor cast aluminium fixtures: 3 years
  • Marine grade/coastal fixtures: 5 years
  • LED modules: 3 years
• Warranty covers replacement parts or fixture only and does not include labor, installation, or shipping costs.
• Bulbs are not covered under warranty.
• Any damage or defect must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Warranty may be void if products are modified or used with non-original components.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, coastal exposure)
  • Normal wear, scratches, or chemical damage
• For outdoor fixtures, finish changes due to sunlight, weather, or coastal conditions are considered normal and are not covered.
